- • Despite earlier arrangements and assurances that the invoice would be ready for collection on the day of check-out, I had to argue to get the invoice. The young girl from the morning shift printed the invoice from the machine without the company details and VAT number that I requested. The employee stubbornly insisted that the number was printed, but it was for their hotel and did not understand that I needed the company number that was on the business card. After two more error-filled pages and wasted 30 minutes, the employee became unpleasant as if I had incorrectly written the data that was clearly provided on the business card she had in her hand. It was enough to type it into the computer. After an unpleasant exchange, I was threatened with police intervention because I raised my voice, stating that I was late for work because of this lady.
Too bad, it could have been a banger

- • I only stay in 4 or 5-star hotels. But this one is more like a 2 or 3-star if you look closely, definitely not a 4-star. Carpet hole, dirty carpet, bathroom in poor condition, missing parking spaces, it could have been a nice surprise

I had an excellent stay and plan to return in June 2027 for the 115th CIT
I really enjoyed the room, the amenities, and the related facilities. I appreciated the bathroom location and bed layout.

- • Upon my arrival, I did not see any tissue paper in the room, whereas during my previous stay in June 2026 for the 114th International Labour Conference (CIT), I had received some in my room

- • They have a picture of a pool on their website and in the booking confirmation. It is why we booked there. But the pool is actually out of order. Staff did not have clear information, room smelled bad and was not very clean. This is not the standard I expect from booking.com.
