- • Noise from the air conditioning ducts during the night. Construction in front of the building that obstructs the sea view. The photos do not reflect reality. The area (Rio Vermelho) is not very premium

- • Breakfast too simple for a 5-star hotel, a building under construction right next door blocking the view. AND ABOVE ALL, WHAT IS UNACCEPTABLE IS THAT THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING (sorry for the language). Bed with lots of stains, someone else's hair, the floor really not clean for several weeks I think. The French doors not cleaned for just as long. I had asked them to clean the room thoroughly. They cleaned it up a bit but still stains on the floor and the windows not cleaned. (I even did the test of cleaning after their visit with just 1 towel and water) towel with brown stain (for the floor) and the other towel with black mark (for the windows)

- • Old hotel structure, pool area with little structure. Poor room cleanliness. Basic breakfast served at the table
