- • * The reception staff (a lady and a gentleman) from the night shift had an attitude that simply wanted to make it difficult to serve a request for a mixed sandwich, which was told to us at check-in that despite the hotel not having room service, quick snacks like sandwiches could be provided after the restaurant closed. * The pasta served at dinner was salty. * The hotel has no parking, and if you go by car, you will have a hard time because the street hardly has parking spaces at night and the area where the hotel is located has a high rate of theft. * However, the hotel has an area with 2 parking spaces and a third one that blocks the exit of these two spaces. On Sunday, we needed to leave early, and our car was blocked, at check-out we requested that the car blocking us be removed as we were in a hurry. To our surprise, only at the end of check-out were we informed that the hotel did not have a valet and that they would call the guest to come down and move the car. You can imagine that it was not a quick thing since it was 7:30 am on a Sunday, the guest was woken up, obviously needed to change clothes and then came down to move the car, which made us lose this unnecessary time. Either the hotel has a valet or it does not allow this space that blocks other cars to be used. * Although the hotel management does not have control over this, there is a building under construction next door that not only blocks much of the sea view but also causes a lot of inconvenience on weekdays when the construction work takes place. * In the bathroom, the shower box is next to a bay where the toilet is located, and a person cannot fit when they need to open the sliding door of the shower box. In the end, the hotel does not deserve the star rating it claims to have, much less the value it charges for daily rates

Good lodging option in the Rio Vermelho area
The room is good but the position of the air conditioning could be better. Breakfast was good but I prefer when it is a buffet. The pool has a great view and the staff is very polite and attentive.

- • The building that took away the view from the hotel that should have been spectacular. The staff, although very helpful and polite, are a bit clumsy. The position of the air conditioning in relation to the bed could be better.
The inn is beautiful, more photogenic than it actually is. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

Cozy but not so functional
I like the design and the cozy feeling it generates. The location is exceptional, the staff is good, and the food as well. Loved the breakfast and the pool view.

- • I know it's not the hotel's fault, but the construction next door blocks a lot of the view! I bought a room that was supposed to have a view, and it was almost entirely a building under construction. The sauna and the hot tub are always turned off, which makes quick use difficult. There is no smart TV! I think a hotel of this caliber should no longer have only cable TV. Lastly, I find it complicated not being able to have visitors in the room. They can't even come up.
