The staff provides good service, is helpful and especially a male receptionist from Changsha at the front desk is outstanding, with an extremely good service attitude. The breakfast is also particularly delicious, especially providing many vegetarian options, a service that regular hotels do not have.

- • There was cigarette smoke in my room at night this year and last year (previous visit). There was a cigarette smell in the corridor as I walked to my room.
