- • The parking space is directly below the apartment window, but getting to the car takes about 10 minutes because you have to walk all the way around the entire block. This isn't the apartment owner's fault - it's simply due to the building's unfortunate layout, with no rear entrance to the courtyard.

- • It was very hot in the summer, the room heats up, and there were problems with the air-conditioning from the lobby. You have to keep the door open if you want some AC cooling.

Great value for the price. I had a small room on the 3rd floor walk-up, with a small window but a big skylight that flooded the room with light. Shared kitchen and bath with only a couple of others, so no problems there. Stayed in February and could adjust heat to my satisfaction. Free use of laundry! Very comfortable bed, and the building is modernized and clean. Management very quick to respond to messages. I would stay there again.

- • I think my wifi was at the 'end of the line' so a little spotty and weak in my room, but I discovered it was stronger in the hallway and very strong in my son's room.
Nice accommodation in a convenient location
Overall neat apartments. The location was excellent. Wifi worked very well. Plus for the dishwasher and washing machine in the other apartment.

- • Some wear and tear was visible. In our other apartment, there was no coffee maker or washing machine. But there was a nice cafe right next door.
