It was a wonderful vacation, and Krakow is a superb city, I would return anytime.
A very quiet area, with grocery stores nearby, bus stations nearby, park. Easy access to the center, maximum 15 minutes on foot. The building and room were very clean, but not for someone looking for luxury. I mention that I had an economy single room.

- • There were many stairs to climb, the property not having an elevator (applies to those with joint problems).
Was a lovely stay and staff replied back to our emails efficiently before and after our stay. Would definitely recommend.

- • Only issue was the crackling light so we didn’t use it in case it cut off completely but in all fairness as we were only there for a couple of nights we didn’t inform staff/management but I’m sure if we did they would have rectified it for us.
Everything was very good. Only the lack of an elevator spoils the opinion.
