- • I asked for a spoon in the room, they didn't bring it, I had to call 3 times for the iron, they only put a tiny bit of shampoo, I had to call several times for that too. Most importantly, the windows in the rooms don't open!! It feels like a prison, very bad

The best view of Botafogo in a spectacular hotel
The comfort of the room, mattress, pillows, storage surfaces, and support. The view of Botafogo Bay in all its splendor. The terrace, pool, bar. The view from the terrace, which allows you to see both the Christ the Redeemer and the Sugarloaf. The friendliness of the staff. The location to explore a very interesting part of Rio, such as the Botafogo neighborhood. The proximity to the elegant Urca neighborhood and its waterfront full of people (locals and tourists) at sunset. The proximity to Vermelha Beach, Sugarloaf, the trail to Morro da Urca, Rio Sul shopping mall, the bars on Arnaldo Quintela street. It exceeded my expectations and I would return without hesitation.

- • The hotel and the room (Deluxe Room with King Bed and View, 9th floor) are really very good. The following observations are contributions to further improve the stay at the hotel. The lighting system is a bit uncomfortable due to the location of some switches. The blue light (to prevent stumbling) should be able to be turned off at the guest's discretion since some of us need total darkness to sleep better. The bathroom lacks towel racks near the shower. The information service offered by the television system should be improved as well as the channel guide.
