Not suitable for people who appreciate good service.

Not a good experience. Really pricey for an outdated room. Particularly poor food quality for such expensive menus. I don't think the location is as good as other 3-star hotels nearby.

Great hotel and good value.

We stayed 3 days at this hotel and the experience was very positive. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the larger rooms on the 21st floor that had a panoramic view of the city of Yokohama. The room was clean and very spacious with a comfortable king-size bed. The location of this hotel was excellent, with easy access to nearby shopping, train and bus stations, and taxi stands. We ate at two of the on-site restaurants and thought the food was very good. Best of all, the cost of the room was very reasonable considering all you get. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yokohama.

Yamamoto, Gaha, Rana, and Karl were PERFECT!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Yokohama with my family, and our experience was nothing short of spectacular. Yamamoto, the Front Office Manager, ensured everything throughout our stay was seamless and made us feel genuinely welcomed. And at the Club Lounge, Karl and Rana delivered impeccable service every single time — attentive, friendly, and always making us feel at home. Thanks to these wonderful individuals, our stay was exceptional from start to finish. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.
