A few days in El Calafate
Beautiful location right in front of the lake. You can see the pink flamingos from your window. The service was great the room was clean. This place offers a complimentary shuttle service to downtown and is always happy to help get a taxi if it’s out of the hours the shuttle runs. They have a bar with bites and a lobby where you can gather with friends and family. The World Cup was showing while in town. They have a nice spa with a heated pool. Please bring your bathing suit!!!

- • The attention of the staff. Also, they started drilling against the wall of the headboard of my bed to do maintenance of the adjoining room, on Sunday morning while we were resting... terrible. The price is too high

- • Cleaning service that was not performed on one of the days. Breakfast service where we were reprimanded for making a sandwich to take in a 5-star hotel that receives tourists who leave very early for excursions to the glaciers and sometimes do not have time for breakfast. I complained at the reception and they apologized promising to correct the mistake.
