Very successful stay.
Great breakfasts, very good, homemade food in the restaurant, very friendly staff. Excellent location for visitors to the track or airport.

- • The room was smelly, musty. It was cold in the room, the street was 20 degrees, in the building, max 15. The heating was not working.

A few things to change.
Large space in the apartment. Room on the top floor, so fewer noises were coming from below. Large bathtub.

- • Entering through a cloud of cigarette smoke from smokers in front of the guests' door. Despite parking fees, there was no space. We had to wait for service and call because there was a wedding going on and no one was at the reception. Unfortunately, the room needs renovation, there were holes in the walls and doors in some places, and rust was eating the cabinets from the bottom in the bathroom. The apartment is large, but the space is poorly utilized. The bathtub is great, but unfortunately, the water pressure was low, and we waited a long time to fill it. Despite the room being on the top floor, around midnight, we could still hear very loud music coming from the wedding downstairs. I believe that hotel guests should be informed in advance about any events at the property. Overall, we are not satisfied with our stay, but it wasn't a disaster.

- • I had a room in the lower zone. At night, from 1 to 3 in the morning, a loud alarm or phone sound could be heard at the reception. It was dark in the corridor. I did not feel safe or comfortable. More like a motel than a hotel.

- • Despite reporting that the TV was not working, nothing was done about it, and no room change was offered.

- • Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel organized an anniversary in its restaurant, which was associated with a lot of noise and significantly affected the comfort of our stay. However, the biggest problem is that we were not informed about this fact before arrival. In our case, we received no warning or information. If we had known about the planned event earlier, we could have made an informed decision about our stay. No one even apologized to us. Instead, they tried to blame us and suggested that if the noise bothered us, we should have left in the middle of the night. Such an approach to guests is completely unacceptable to us.
