- • （１）夜中到着時，部屋に水がなかったので，困りました． ボトルの水を環境考慮のために廃止するというメッセージがあり，コップと水さしだけがありました． まさか部屋に水がないと思わず，夜中で，来るときに空港の売店で買ってくることもありませんでした． 水や氷が取れる場所の地図などもなかったので，そのまま眠りました． 翌朝，コーヒーを沸かすのに，水道の水は飲めるのかと電話でフロントに聞くと， 飲まない方がいいという返答だけでした． 部屋の掃除の方が来たので，水がないというと，有料で2本のガラスボトルを置いていきました． その後，部屋からは遠いエレベーターホールに，飲料水の蛇口があり，水筒に水を入れられることがわかりました． 到着時の部屋の表示には，環境問題云々のメッセージを長々書くだけではなく， 外国人の私にも，すぐに飲料水が取れる場所がわかるように大きく提示することが大切です， フロントでのチェックイン時にも，飲料水の蛇口があるので，そこから，水をとってくださいと言って欲しいと思います． （２）部屋によっては，エレベータから歩く距離が長い （３）事前の問い合わせでは，空港からホテルまでの無料送迎バスが，24時間，毎時0分と30分に送迎していると 聞いたが，夜中1時すぎから空港のバス停で待っていたが，なかなか来ないので，他の待っていた二人の客も，もうタクシーにしようかと私も誘ってくれた．その客によれば，他のホテルの迎えバスは，待っている間に２回も来ているのに，来ていないし，定時の０分にも来なくて，30分近く待っているということで，不安になった．私は，大きなトランクが２つあったので，３人でタクシーをシャアするのは難しいので，大きめのタクシーを手配しようと言っていたら，0分でも30分でもない時間に，やっとホテルの迎えの車が来た．

Very convenient and comfortable airport hotel
Modern hotel a couple of minutes from the aiport via their free transfer bus. Had lunch in the restaurant, friendly staff. We used room service for dinner which was also very good. English widely spoken. We didn't get to have breakfast due to an early flight. Nothing was cheap (typical of airport hotels) but at least you get what you pay for here. Very convenient option.
