It was absolutely amazing. Wonderful staff, fantastic facilities and plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. Pool was wonderful and the food fantastic. The cocktails were especially delicious.

- • In the spa area, there is a male staff member who unfortunately has no sense of dealing with guests. His behavior was unfriendly and unprofessional. A respectful and customer-oriented approach should be self-evident in a wellness area. Due to his behavior, we no longer felt comfortable from that day on and could no longer enjoy our stay. We would like to ask you to review this behavior and train the employee accordingly in dealing with guests, so that other visitors feel welcome and well taken care of in the future.
Exceptional stay.
Everything was perfect, the staff was super welcoming and very pleasant, the breakfast was amazing, the room with the sea view was superb, the hotel is magnificent and the access to the spa and thermal spring incredible
