- • You cannot put Netflix on the TV and they did not want to cancel a room that I reserved without realizing

Definitely Worth A Return Visit
The property was well kept, central to everything in Orlando, decorated elegantly yet minimalistic, my room was spacious and beautiful, the staff were amazingly friendly & helpful, really loved the restaurant- it was a lot better quality food than I expected, and most importantly it felt rather safe. Honestly, this hotel was far better than I expected it to be. So glad I took a chance on it!

- • There should probably cameras in the elevators & rules for leaving clothes for extended times in washers or driers (that could possibly be linked to a room number through the app) so other guests don’t have to wait long periods of time for a machine as there are only two.

- • The vacuum cleaner in the corridors should be passed more often. A dead lizard stayed there for over a week. A dead cockroach stayed there for 2 days. The cleaning ladies did not pick it up. It was the receptionist who did.
