The attention, the staff at the counter were super friendly and managed to solve almost all the things that were not working.

- • The water pressure, in the sink almost no water came out as well as in the shower, we came from another hotel of the same chain and there was quite a difference compared to the other hotel.
Good stay, but could be better
The friendliness of the staff is remarkable. I requested a point to charge my hybrid vehicle and they provided it to me. I had brought my own charger.

- • The air conditioning in the room stopped cooling at midnight and we felt hot. I informed them about this when I checked out. Something I didn't like at all was being CHARGED for an ice bucket I requested to keep my wife's medicines cold since the room refrigerator was not cooling properly. It was the first time in my life that I was charged for an ice bucket. In the hotels around the world where I have stayed, when I have asked for ice, it has always been complimentary. I also expressed this discomfort when checking out
