The place was amazing!!!! Very helpful staff. Good people. I received lots of gifts in my room and also the items from the minibar were complimentary, which is always fun. The hotel is in a great location and you can walk to all kinds of central places.

Oasis in the middle of the city
Super hotel concept! An oasis in the center. Super pleasant stay! Have been coming to Fukuoka for many years - this was the best hotel!

With the Style... it's a special concept
The room had many amenities, was very very clean and the minibar was fully stocked for complimentary consumption. It was pleasantly quiet. The whirlpool/jacuzzi can be booked once a day for 90 minutes and then you have it privately. There is also a sauna. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. The criticisms are very personal and I think many people find the hotel very, very good. In general, there are no complaints.

- • My very personal opinion: I did not like the (intended) lighting concept at all. It is overall very dark in the hotel and in the room. I missed better lighting especially in the bathroom area. The balconies are designed in a way that they do not offer privacy, both from the view into the room and from staying on them. Communication with the staff was not always easy because most of them do not speak English. The distance to the train station was a bit too far for me, but it was correctly stated. As communicated in the description, there is no pool. What you see in the pictures is just a shallow water pool for aesthetics. I found the hotel to be somewhat expensive.

Spacious area and cozy atmosphere + delicious breakfast
In the middle of Japan's city, there was a quite impressive atmosphere that felt a bit like Bali. It was about a 7-10 minute walk from Hakata Station, but compared to other hotels, the room was spacious and very cozy. The breakfast buffet was very simple and neat, and in addition to buffet food, there were quite a variety of menu items that could be ordered separately, and they were very, very delicious. In addition, complimentary champagne, beer, etc., and some snacks were always provided. The staff was very friendly and cooperative.

- • Before booking the hotel, I saw the photos and naturally thought there was a pool in the center, but there is no pool, just decorations that look like a pool ㅋㅋ I brought swimwear for my child, but couldn't even see the water. There is a jacuzzi and a sauna, but the jacuzzi has an age restriction for children. Rather than improvements to the hotel, I wrote this in the hope that other customers would not misunderstand that there is a pool based on the hotel's promotional photos.
