All inclusive differentiated with quality food and drinks
We really liked the resort, all the staff always very cordial and polite, I also want to highlight the service of the pool bar staff: Emanuel, Alison, and João Victor, and also Jonathan who works in the cleaning of the Malta restaurant, who made our stay even more pleasant. Also, the staff who assisted us at check-in in the early hours of 08/30 took care to assist us quickly as we were exhausted due to delays in the Latam flight. All drinks were cold, tasty drinks, and the food in all environments delicious, they spared no effort to offer us food options for our 1-year-old son: fruits, rice, bean broth. The food in general, for an All-inclusive restaurant, is much superior to what most offer, the focus is on quality, and not that "plenty" that is generally offered in many resorts that work with All-inclusive.

- • The concierge promised to offer us an experience and never mentioned it again (this was my only dissatisfaction)

Incredible service, with a special mention to the pool bar staff and, especially, to João Vitor, who did not neglect our comfort for a moment. He was constantly asking if my wife and I were okay. Also, very kind and professional was Lucas from the Sports and Leisure area.

- • It does not detract from the hotel in any way, but suggested areas for improvement; 1) it happens, due to constant use, but we asked for a deck of cards and were provided with three, all incomplete. 2) in the game room, despite a wide variety, the pool table did not have all the balls, and the video games could have some instructions for use. 3) at the pool, during collective activities, this could be announced in advance on the radio that plays all day, and the instructor could use a microphone
