- • Late check-in by more than two hours, two elderly people and a child without accommodation. Disrespectful. I was forced to vacate the rooms by 12 pm. Subsequently, the management failed to fulfill its obligation, charged for the daily rate from 2 pm, but released the rooms hours later. Elevators: 2, only one in service. Gym: treadmills without maintenance. Restaurant: repetitive dishes. Breakfast with one cook to serve hundreds of customers with omelets, tapiocas, etc.
Top resort. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend 👏🏻

- • Liked everything. Suggestion; could make a cover until reaching the restaurant near the pool. It helps guests to go to the restaurant without getting wet on rainy days

- • Old hotel, smelling of frying, my stay at this hotel was the worst experience I had traveling through Brazil and the world, the first room they offered me had a rotten smell which was confirmed by the housekeeper who by the way was very quick and agile in changing our accommodation, at the pool the furniture is falling apart from being so used, the towels from both the pool and the rooms I don't even know what to say about, the restaurant near the pool must not have been cleaned for years, a floor that sticks to the sole of the shoe, a hotel that for the daily rate should offer an excellent experience to its guests, daily rate of almost R$1,000.00 reais, the curtains in the rooms are smelly, they put them when they opened the hotel and there they are until today, never washed and remember that rotten smell from the room, well they told me it was the smell of the paint they used on the walls, imagine the situation of the hotel to use paint of this quality......I do not recommend anyone to stay there, it is not worth the value charged, in this hotel the daily rate of R$300.00 would still be expensive....as the hotel name says WISH maria, God save me from it...........
