- • The cleanliness could've been better. The tv remote barely worked, the buttons did not register to the TV when pressed. The shower was terrible. Barely had water pressure and the shower head did not have decent flow.

- • Poor condition of the bathroom. Shower head just had a stream no matter how it was adjusted. Looked to not have been cleaned in a long time with calcified buildup. Rusted towel bars. Bathroom fan did not work. Mold/mildew on shower hardware. Soap scum on shower doors. Stains on the seating area chair. Hard floor to carpet transition with shredded carpet, a tripping hazard. Handicap ramps in poor condition and steep for use with a walker, don't appear up to ADA standards. Bad check-in experience. At check-in I paid for the room but was told it was not ready and they would call when available, I would get the room key at that time. Lack of security around the building. People drinking in the parking lot. General inside condition worn and dated look. Location was difficult to get at with traffic.
great location when referring to downtown, but the cleanliness was an issue.
