Very helpful and kind staff, especially the very nice receptionist and guards. Room cleanliness good, towels changed on request. Room size ideal for two people, plenty of space. The complimentary sparkling water is great. Good location, lots of strange people around, but the subway is really close, so it doesn't matter. We didn't have a single problem throughout our stay, thanks to the express trains we were everywhere within twenty minutes. It was perfect. Thank you and we will gladly return!

- • Breakfast could be more varied, but it is sufficient. Worse location, but the subway is really close, we didn't have a single problem the whole time.
Kindness of the staff, cleanliness of the structure and room, free still and sparkling water dispenser.

- • Breakfast not very varied, often only sweet, lack of fresh products, cutlery only made of disposable plastic products.
Terrible
My stay was terrible from start to finish. My vehicle was broken into and your facility refused to take responsibility for the damages. I should've booked somewhere else after valet was full to capacity, but I had a work meeting at Lincoln hospital, which was walking distance from the hotel. I sadly will not booking at this hotel again.
