- • Quite expensive parking in the garage, no air conditioning.
Superb optimal location, delicious apartment without air conditioning.
New and beautifully renovated, perfect location near Checkpoint Charlie and 2 metro stations. Very sweet receptionists who did everything they could to provide service, even though they were clearly a bit busy.

- • No air conditioning was a huge problem in 30 degrees, large glass panels made the apartment insanely hot. You contact the staff via WhatsApp and get a response from a chatbot that promises a lot of things that you don't get, for example, I asked to have the trash emptied and for more coffee and salt, but it didn't happen. The sofa bed is not so comfortable but can work for a couple of children. Very small kitchen without a regular oven, but you can make a very basic meal.
Good rooms and perfect location.
The staff was very accommodating. We were well received by Irina who was good at explaining everything and how we could get help. The rooms were really nice, well furnished, and the beds were good. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect in relation to several attractions.

- • No AC & poor ventilation - it was too hot to sleep in the room until early morning. To be fair though it was 35 degrees when we stayed.
Amazing staff
Comfy beds, amazing staff, clean, great Wi-Fi, streaming works, everything you need in the kitchen for a short stay even a dishwasher machine, modern and spacious. Every corner of the apartment was well thought out.

- • The lack of AC during 40 degrees Celsius. The fans work great but can't do much at that temperature. We were provided with a portable AC but it was like a fan. Berlin doesn't have AC in general so it's not really the hotel's fault. Overall, it was a great stay.

- • No air conditioning in the room at this price range can be criticized, the bed linen had a lot of lint (unclean?), quite expensive but very good location
Modern place in a top location
The check-in went very smoothly and upon arrival, we were upgraded from a studio to an apartment. It was a spacious apartment with all the amenities. There was also a large balcony. The location was an ideal base for us to visit various attractions. And there is even a gym available.

- • It was an extremely hot week, unfortunately, there was no fixed air conditioning. We did get a mobile one, which, however, did not have the capacity to cool the apartment. Furthermore, it was not entirely clean, there were hairs everywhere and there were many silverfish, three of which were in bed.
