Very comfortable capsule with good ventilation and sound insulation, also great are the small rooms with few capsules. Very competent phone support during check-in.

- • I did not receive any check-in information and therefore missed some practical information such as access code and WiFi password. Two out of three toilets on the floor were clogged and unusable, which apparently had already been the case the day before. The capsule was generally clean, but there was a small (blood?) stain with a hair in it on the ceiling, which was rather unappetizing.
Both terrible and good.
Easy check-in and check-out, you only enter and exit with a code, the location is fantastic, very close to most points.

- • All three toilets were clogged and the bowl was full, the problem was not solved immediately and we couldn't use them, the rooms had a lot of noise, we listened to people partying until morning.

- • The last night, 2 out of 3 toilets were clogged and the last toilet had urine all over the floor.. Called the 24-hour hotline to say this was not optimal and it needed to be fixed. Was told this couldn't be fixed until the next day at 10:00.
Terrible. Hot capsule. Tiny bathroom. Can't even sit on the toilet. Everything seems improvised.

- • Capsule fans don't work. Very hot during the night. I had to leave the door open. Contacted the staff and they didn't respond. Terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone. The toilet is tiny. You have to do acrobatics to get in and can't use the toilet properly. There's no space. There was only one for 8 capsules.
It's located fantastically from Copenhagen Central Station. It was clean and quiet.

- • That my code didn't work. So I had to spend time calling to get a new code.
