Very nice
Very comfortable bedding and beautiful pool garden. We left early in the morning, the hotel had prepared take-away breakfast. Good location and very quiet for what we want to visit, we found taxis all the time

- • For a short stay it's fine, no restaurant on-site but nice nearby. Not much contact with the hosts, a minimum of comfort but it was enough for us
I am writing here because even though I tried, I couldn't find an email address to ask for explanations for my problem. Which does not concern the structure, as I never arrived. However, the positive thing is that the owners showed interest in my situation, but could not solve it. Kindness and interest

- • I never arrived at the Guesthouse, so I cannot give judgments on the structure. However, the very negative thing is that I had a serious problem on the day I was supposed to arrive, I had no internet... and I did not stay at the property. But the amount was charged to me. Later I explained the situation, even to the owners, who said it was impossible for them to solve it (but HAVE THEY RECEIVED PAYMENT?) Later, I wrote another email, after a few days to Booking, but the address seems to be not working (even though I found it on the portal) and so I have lost, for now, the amount paid. I hope to recover the money somehow. So the experience was negative for me. Waiting for refunds to resolve, I am still hopeful. Maria Concetta di Benedetto

Don’t hesitate to book. Wonderful place, friendly family with good tips about the surroundings and it's a true bonus to enjoy the beauty of the Ubud area without the craziness of the inner city. Loved it.

It was familiar and warm!
The family takes very good care of their guests! The property is uniquely beautifully located. There are plenty of waterfalls nearby. The breakfast was fantastic! Everything clean and well maintained! A smooth 10/10
