I am writing here because despite trying, I have not found an email address where I can ask for explanations for my problem. It does not concern the structure, as I have never been there. However, the positive thing is that the owners showed interest in my situation, but could not solve it. Kindness and interest.

- • I have never reached the Guesthouse, so I cannot give judgments on the structure. However, the very negative thing is that I had a serious problem on the day I was supposed to arrive, I had no internet... and I did not stay at the property. But the amount was charged to me. Later I explained the situation, even to the owners, who told me it was impossible for them to solve it (but HAVE THEY RECEIVED PAYMENT?). Later, I wrote another email, a few days later on Booking, but the address appears to be not working (even though I found it on the portal) and so I have lost, for now, the amount paid. I hope to recover the money somehow. So the experience was negative for me. Waiting for a refund to resolve, I am still hopeful. Maria Concetta di Benedetto.

Don’t hesitate to book. Wonderful place, friendly family with good tips about the surroundings and it's a true bonus to enjoy the beauty of the Ubud area without the craziness of the inner city. Loved it.

It was familiar and warm!
The family takes care of their guests very warmly! The property is uniquely beautifully located. There are plenty of waterfalls nearby. The breakfast was fantastic! Everything clean and well maintained! A smooth 10/10.

Incredibly pleasant oasis of peace and enjoyment
Incredibly quiet and beautiful place outside the center. Ideal to relax well. Option to rent a scooter and thus quickly reach the center. It's really a little gem with a nice pool and incredibly sweet people.

Everything was great! Swimming pool is really nice! We actually loved the location, it’s just 15-20 minutes by motorbike from central Ubud, in a very peaceful and quiet area. Yet you can still walk to great nearby restaurants, a gym, and even waterfalls. The family is wonderful, and the owner’s son makes a delicious breakfast every morning. Thank you for having us!

- • Only small thing, sometimes a rooster starts around 5 a.m., so if you’re a light sleeper, keep that in mind.
