It was a good hotel!
The room was clean and very comfortable to stay in. The staff were friendly, easy to talk to, and smiled a lot, which was great.

The tatami mat bed was very comfortable, the room was large. I checked in on a Sunday, there were very few guests, and I managed to enjoy the hot springs three times without overlapping with others. Having the hot spring to ourselves was very comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were great and reasonably priced. My family was very satisfied. The hotel is very close to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. The hotel is located downhill. When leaving the hotel, I called an Uber for around ¥1000. When the taxi arrived, the hotel staff came out to help with loading the luggage into the car, which was greatly appreciated.

Comfortable room, quiet inn, great for resting! The welcome drinks, wine, and snacks were all very nice.
Within walking distance to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple! Right next to the old street - super awesome. For visitors arriving by rail with large luggage, it's a bit of a walk to reach the hotel, and the hotel does not provide shuttle service! The hotel is great and worth it! But it is also recommended to consider whether you have enough stamina.

Correct but expensive
Very expensive for what they offer, which are futons on the floor, there is street noise, the rest is correct. The staff did help us feel a bit more comfortable.

- • The surrounding area, particularly restaurants, were largely closed, including restaurants mentioned in the hotel's list of recommended restaurants to visit. Perhaps due to the time of year? Not sure, but we had to walk a long way for food options.
