Wonderful ryokan experience
The staff was so nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that the yukata's provided fit our children. They followed-up with us on questions that we had about the room. The complimentary minibar in the room we stayed was an unexpected treat. I used the onsen and it was wonderful. We chose to stay here our last night in Japan and it was a wonderful way to end our trip.

Last night in Japan, nice ending
Great hotel to stay close to the airport while shopping and seeing gardens and temples. Restaurants and bars line the street giving it a very nice end to a trip

Excellent location, on a main street close to temples and beautiful gardens, large and comfortable room in Japanese style, amazing service including a traditional reception ceremony with tea

- • The non-existence of a lobby. When I arrived early for check-in and after a long trip, there was no where to sit and relax for a moment. The staff after checking me in told me I could come back at three to get in the room ; looking at me and expecting me to leave the premises until that time.

It is a Ryokan in the perfect location with the perfect staff and in a perfect place, so happy, it is not clean it is impeccable! Gorgeous and superb 👏

Beautiful hotel near historical and commercial part of Narita town.
Location was perfect and staff super friendly. Ideal for a one-night stay in between flights
