The river view suite offers a classic view of the Bund and the Huangpu River in Shanghai, with no dead angles. The service is very good, with small snacks provided after check-in, and evening turndown service. Everything is great : )

Grand, romantic, and comfortable hotel
Luxury hotel conveniently located to reach the Bund and nearby attractions in the surrounding neighborhoods and access the city's great transportation network (taxi transportation is also ridiculously cheap). Very spacious, comfortable room, perhaps with a not exceptional direct view (adjacent disused area). Sumptuous and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Breakfast is too varied, in a scattered and cold environment, rather than fresh.

- • To have hot drinks at breakfast, you need to order them and the staff takes a long time to serve them (practically when one has finished breakfast) due to the many customers present and sometimes because they forget. The reception staff is kind, but the concierge found was uncooperative.
