Great service, all staff are very nice and considerate to guests, proactively mention items or services that may be needed, such as razors, bath salts, shower caps, etc.

- • The bed is too soft, didn't sleep well. The hotel's accessibility facilities are incomplete, baby strollers or wheelchairs need to be carried up and down to move around the lobby and restaurant, very inconvenient. The hotel lobby has too many consumption restrictions, not allowed to stay without consumption

Hotel located in the heart of Shanghai. Nice colonial decor. Excellent room service (never had such service anywhere else in the world) and cuisine. You must try the eggs Benedict. A wide selection of breakfast dishes, but nothing extraordinary. This is a hotel for the "better off", you pay the price not only for comfort but also to be among those who can afford this hotel. I tried it and didn't necessarily like it.

- • Unfortunately, the hotel is overrated. What's the point of being fantastically located when the windows overlook the surrounding ruins. Luckily, we slept for two days and didn't have time to admire the views. The room is quite large but the rooms in Beijing were really big, read bigger. As usual, a problem with vegetarian dishes but that's the norm in China. Wifi in China doesn't make sense as services from our zone don't work there.

Extremely clean. The staff was amazing. From the bellboys and the cleaners, the waiters, receptionists up to the most friendly manager.

Living in the excitement
My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund can be classified as excellent. The property is very beautiful and well-maintained. The room is beautiful and with a crystal wall overlooking the Pudong skyline; falling asleep in front of such a spectacle made the stay exciting. The staff is very kind, attentive, and professional. The breakfast is very rich, both Western and Chinese. A beautiful experience!!
