Unbelievable Stay at Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos!

My wife and I recently stayed 4 nights at the spectacular Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos over July 4th weekend - what an amazing stay we had! From the beginning stages of our trip, our personal concierge Raquel Vazquez made our stay incredibly special. We used some of our benefits through Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts program as well as some free night vouchers through Hilton to make our stay even more affordable, which was nice. We chose to upgrade to a Junior Suite which was well worth it. Our room was stunning and totally detached from any other rooms - it felt like our own private paradise. The food, amenities, and services were all stellar. From the poolside cabanas (which is an incredible buy, btw) to the multiple dining options on site, you will not be disappointed by any of the options available. We can't wait to come back to the Waldorf - which is not something we say about most hotels. Do yourself a favor and visit (and ask for Raquel to help make your stay memorable).

Can I give this place 6 stars?

All I can say is WOW. Driving in through a tunnel to get you to the resort... you knew you were entering into something special. From the setting to the service that everyone provided to the rooms and everything else in between - it was just amazing. Everyone was so nice and attentive and my family and I felt so taken care of.

The Best Hotel Experience of Our Lives—Hospitality Perfected

My wife and I stayed at Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal for five days to celebrate my 48th birthday. This was our first time in Mexico and our first international trip, and it became the best hotel experience of our lives. The exceptional service began at the airport, where a beautiful Cadillac SUV was waiting with cold water and refreshing towels. Our driver, Joseph, was incredibly friendly and made the ride special by telling us about the resort, Cabo, restaurants, and places to visit. Arriving through the spectacular private tunnel was unforgettable. Jorge welcomed us with fresh margaritas, explained everything the resort offered, and took beautiful pictures of my wife and me. The views, atmosphere, and genuine warmth of the staff made it feel like we had arrived on another planet. Francisco, our personal concierge, was outstanding. He handled reservations, cancellations, recommendations, and absolutely anything else we needed. Nothing ever felt forced or motivated by tips. Francisco and the entire team genuinely love what they do, and it shows. Our Estrella Suite was breathtaking, with incredible ocean views, a private infinity plunge pool, a separate living area, and more space than we could have imagined. Maria and the housekeeping team took wonderful care of us while always respecting our privacy. The personalized birthday surprises were unbelievable. The team left us a piñata filled with Mexican candy, a birthday cake, a bottle of Clase Azul, thoughtful gifts, and handwritten cards. After learning that my business involves Mustangs and Shelbys, they continued surprising us with personal touches connected to my passion. They didn’t simply give us a luxury room—they took the time to learn who we were and created an experience specifically for us. Don Manuel’s was another highlight. The breakfast buffet, fresh juices, made-to-order food, quality, and service were beyond anything we had experienced at other luxury resorts. Angel, Josue, Joel, and the entire team made every meal personal. They learned about our family and business, shared stories about themselves, and made us feel like welcomed friends rather than another room number. Our tequila tasting with the two Omars was also fantastic. They were knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about teaching us about authentic, high-quality Mexican tequila. Even our departure was exceptional. A private SUV took us to the airport, where another Waldorf employee met us and personally escorted us through ticketing, security, and all the way to the VIP lounge. The Waldorf team cared for us from the moment we landed until the moment we left. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I have experienced many beautiful hotels and luxury resorts, but Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal is on another level. They have mastered customer service, excellence, and genuine hospitality. Five stars are not enough—if I could give them ten, I would. Thank you to Joseph, Jorge, Francisco, Maria, both Omars, Angel, Josue, Joel, and the entire Waldorf family. You made us fall in love with Mexico and Cabo. We cannot wait to return!

Windy Week in Paradise

From the moment we arrived in property I knew the sty would be special. The service was impeccable, our villa spacious and every meal was delicious. Our stay coincided with their “Wellness” month, so we enjoyed a variety of free perks….morning workout classes, fresh juices, complimentary facials, a body scrub workshop and more! The only downside to our art is that it was abnormally windy almost the entire week, which made lying by the pool impossible without being wrapped in towels.

The most amazing hotel!!!!

This hotel is absolutely incredible. The team is amazing, friendly, attentive. The resort is absolutely incredible! Worth every single investment in a vacation that you can make. One of the best Hilton’s we have ever stayed at.

Waldorf Pedregal is the best!

Waldorf Pedregal is as top notch as it gets. We celebrated an anniversary and they made it special every chance they could. Upgrades, desserts, drinks, and constantly telling us happy anniversary and thank you for celebrating with them. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury resort experience.

Los Cabos Waldorf Style

This was our first time visiting Los Cabos. We chose Waldorf Astoria because of the great reviews and videos we found online. Everything was amazing during our stay. Upon arrival we were greeted with Margaritas and Jamaicas! Our reception was very welcoming and they did a great job of explaining all about the resort and its benefits. Our room was ready right away! We were then escorted to our room and our hostess showed us around and explained how to use everything. To start the day, we were provided in our room a complimentary bottle of Casa Dragones Tequila! Cheers! We then plunged into our private pool and relaxed for a bit. Afterwords we took a trip around the resort and had some steak tacos in the Family Pool! They were delicious and the views were amazing. As the day progressed we went back to our room to be happily surprised in finding a complimentary freshly made Guacamole & Chips accompanied of some ice cold Coronitas! Everyone was just great. Food was delicious and the resort was perfect! Thank you to all the staff. Love you guys ❤️

Luxurious yet Personal Touch!!

Amazing Doesn’t Even Begin to explain…Our 5th visit in 5 years. Still over the top fantastic experience! Everyone and everything was wonderful! Joel and Daniel at Don Manuel’s are amazing. They remember us by name every year, and they even remember my wife’s likes and dislikes. That personal touch means so much to us. Daniel and Carlos at the pool are just awesome—always kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Omar in the valet reception area is always smiling, happy to see us, and ALWAYS takes the time to ask how our stay is going. The staff is one of the biggest reasons we return year after year. They consistently make us feel welcomed, appreciated, and right at home. Please pass along our sincere thanks to each of them for making another vacation so memorable! P.S. - our first visit since the remodel. Everything looks great! Rooms are so bright and airy, lots of nice touches for comfort and ease of access.

The PERFECT Honeymoon!!!

While Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal is one of the most beautiful resorts we've ever visited, it wasn't just the breathtaking views or stunning property that made us come back so quickly—it was the people. From the moment we arrived, our concierge, Montserrat, made us feel like more than guests. She thoughtfully curated every aspect of our stay, ensuring the team knew we were celebrating our honeymoon and wanted to simply relax. Because of her attention to detail and seamless coordination, every interaction throughout the resort felt personal, effortless, and genuine. Whether it was her attentive visits at the pool, the personalized service from every team member, or the way everyone anticipated our needs, every moment exceeded our expectations. Even our departure was unforgettable. The heartfelt goodbyes to the delicious cookies for the ride to the airport. It's those thoughtful touches that transform a great vacation into a lifelong memory. We honestly thought this would be our one-time honeymoon destination. Instead, Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal has become our new "go-to" vacation spot, replacing a destination we've returned to for years. A special thank you to Montserrat for creating such a personalized and flawless experience, and to Fernando (the older one- there is two!!) at the pool for making every day even more enjoyable. The entire team delivered a level of hospitality that left a lasting impression on us. If you're looking for a luxury resort where the service is every bit as extraordinary as the property itself, this is it. We can't wait to return! In fact we went in May 2026 and are already returning in July 2026!!
