- • There were renovation works going on, so the whole lobby was covered with plastic sheets. We had not been informed about that. The staff had issues with the check-in process and couldn't find the reservations.
Predrag took great care of us right from the beginning. From leaving our car keys to checking in. Andreas was very helpful during breakfast. We had two rooms with connecting doors, very spacious and well-planned. Loved the bathroom with many mirrors and good lighting for makeup. Excellent service at the restaurant, we had desserts in the evening. Couldn't have asked for a better location.

Great hotel, excellent service. We were happy with our suite and pleased with the birthday arrangements the hotel provided. Very good breakfast. Recommended.
