Great value for money, solid hostel
The staff were really helpful and friendly. The sauna and gym were great. The location is amazing.

They are named the best hostel for a reason
I've been to other hostels before and they were bad bad. This place is WAYS better than the next one. I arrived very early on check in day and they let me shower and keep my luggage in the locker for free. I check in at 2pm and I got to explore the city even before stepping into my room. This is the kind of hostel that UNDERSTANDS you. Travelling is not going to be comfortable but they made it very easy to feel comfortable. I love the staff and Amy was very good too! She helped me out with my questions and was very friendly throughout my stay. Also remembered me from earlier in the day. A good team they have here. Highly recommend the stay here. Everything was clean. I will be back when I come to Sydney for a stay.
