- • The name of the place says SPA, in Rotorua you'd expect hot pool and all there's to it is a cold suck pool!

- • The steam room and Sauna were not working. There was an outdoor hot pool to use, but the shower location and condition was quite bad so you had to walk to your room which was quite cold.
Waiora is slowly getting back to its former glory finally
Staff were great very accommodating 🥰 Was nice and clean 👌 Very affordable too which was a big plus And So relaxing almost slept in right to check out time😌 Food was great next time ill stay longer so I can check everything out and bring my kids to enjoy the facilities too It's not as packed as it use to be 7 to 8 years ago which was sad and 2 years ago it was a little run down but its looking like its slowly be getting back to its former glory which is great I love that resort so much its my go to place every stay in rotorua Will definitely tell my friends and family to go there and spread the word for people to go there its lovely with great staff what more can you want on a get away 😀

- • I was there all the time years ago when it was award most luxury spa as it worked there and enjoyed the facilities on my off days when me and the girls had days out they had the best spa platters etc but when i visited 2yrs ago i was saddened to see such a big change the place was very run down but it seems to be coming back to life which makes me sooo happy as was definitely top notch place Only things i could point out would be maybe would of been good if the day spa was open longer i would of gotten some treatments and maybe if the restaurant menu had more selection and could still order from the breakfast menu in afternoon etc oh and cocktails was no cocktails that night was really the only thing that made me sad haha but still loved my stay there keep up with the comeback you lady's will get there with the hardworking being put in it definitely won't be long Thankyou for accommodating us 💖 We will be back 🤩
