- • It was all very enjoyable, so nothing to really note as a negative. The only thing I would note is that the hotel is not in the city centre. However it is next to a very nice lake and park and easy to access attractions

Really good place to stay.
Concierge and Staff were really friendly! I liked it a lot. I asked for the convenience store and they brought me there in person. Also, recommendations for restaurants were nice.

- • Everything was pretty fine, I like the communication, I liked the staff, the view. And nearly everything. No bad words about this hotel, and great architecture
Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast, but poor communication for an international hotel.
The room was excellent: spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options to suit different preferences.

- • Some of the spa amenities were closed without any prior notice before my booking. The only communication was a small printed notice at the front desk, but no one mentioned it during check-in or at any point during my stay. This was disappointing, as access to the spa facilities was part of the overall expectation of the hotel experience.
This hotel exceeded all my expectations, the rooms are on a whole level, the swimming pool and Gym are incredible, they have excellent rates for Changing USD and the staff goes above and beyond to assist with any issue you have.
