- • staff! I have been pre-charged for guarantee without informing me in advance, so I had to call the hotel via booking, but the phone automatically went to Liz Carlton! The reception often has no Chinese-speaking staff, which is not convenient for elderly people.

I had a wonderful dining experience at W Hotel's buffet. The food selection was impressive, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from Kevin. He was attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His warm hospitality really elevated the experience — thank you, Kevin, for making our visit so enjoyable!

Very pleasant stay. Stayed here many times. Easy access to MRT and direct train to the airport.
Staff were very helpful, especially the concierge and the guys at the main door hailing cabs and giving directions/translations to cab drivers. Housekeeping is good and clean. Reception is friendly and helpful.

- • Hotel bathrooms are a bit old. Tiles changing color, shower doors heavy. Lighting in the room is too dim in the daytime because night curtains have to be down all the time as the windows face other buildings.
