Exceptional Hospitality & Unforgettable Service at W Hong Kong! Dont stay anywhere else. This is the best hotel in HK!
We return to Hong Kong every year, and this is precisely the level of exceptional service we look for in our stay. From start to finish, the team at W Hong Kong went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and memorable. A few special shout-outs to the incredible team members who made our stay so wonderful: Anson: I cannot thank Anson enough for his impeccable detailed service. He ensured our room was perfectly set up, setting the tone for a completely trouble-free stay. Lots of personal touches that really make us feel special. He is a gem to W Hong Kong! He is the best hospitality staff I ever met and I travel all over. Extremely nice and genuine and get things done!!!!!! Front Desk (Miss Nana & Momo): Miss Nana (Natie) and Momo (the sweet Japanese staff member, sorry if I misspelled your name) gave us a delightful check-in experience. Everything in our room was flawless and ready the moment we arrived. Buffet Team (Mr. Jerry): Mr. Jerry was an absolute gem as well. My mom is visually impaired, and he went out of his way to help us warm up buns and personally carry our plates to the table, making sure I can hold my mom walking securely —a level of genuine kindness and generosity that is almost unheard of! Housekeeping (Miss Dada 31st floor & 29th Floor Team): All of the housekeeping staff were extremely friendly. ALL THE ROOMS ARE SO CLEAN!!!!! A huge thank you to Miss Dada on the 31st floor and the wonderful housekeeper on the 29th floor. Miss Dada was so sweet and went far beyond her duties to help push our luggage all the way to the elevator when she saw us having a hard time pushing suitcases. So sweet of her!!!! Can't thank you enough. Bell Desk (Mr. Peter): A full extended thank you to Mr. Peter at the bell captain station downstairs. He was constantly there to support us—arranging taxis, handing out umbrellas, and managing all of our group’s suitcases with ease. Every single staff member was incredibly warm and welcoming. W Hong Kong has earned our loyalty, and we are already looking forward to coming back next year! If you want a perfect stay, stay here. W HK is probably the best in the world and we stayed almost all the W in the world.

Dining at the bar
The atmosphere of the bar is excellent, and a highlight of our experience while dining there was a staff called Rajesh. He is very warm, cheerful, and checks in with us regularly.

The cost performance is not particularly high, but if you go to West Kowloon, this hotel is very good

- • The infrastructure is too old, the water flow is sometimes particularly large, hitting the body very painful. Sometimes it's back to normal. The floor tiles are quite old
