Excellent hotel. We would have given it a higher score except our room had a bad odour like a coal burning smell. We didn’t ask to move(we’re from NZ where you don’t make a fuss) because there was an air purifier in the room which we thought might solve the problem. It helped a bit but the odour was still noticeable each time we returned to the room.

Had a very nice stay, great room with an amazing view. Hotel is directly connected to Elements Mall and Kowloon Station. Everything was really top!

The location was just perfect. The breakfast excellent. Airport connection perfect. Could easily get a late check out. Will be back next time
