- • If there had been a simple buffet, it would have been better. Everything was very disorganized; we had to ask the staff for everything, which held things up considerably.
A perfect weekend.
The location, the size of the room, the courtesy and friendliness of all the staff. From when we arrived until we left we were treated in a professional manner by everyone from the reception room and restaurant staff. It was my birthday while we were there and I received good wishes from all the staff we met.

- • The worst room, no Spanish channels, a shame. A Spanish lady told me they don't have Spanish-speaking clients, then what are we? A terrible treatment, a guy named Carlos who spoke Spanish, a bellboy, very unfriendly. If they don't want Spaniards, remove the Westin from Madrid and Seville and go to China, they will be much better off. Also, saying that Spaniards are not welcome.
