- • Parking is £27?! The rooms are still very outdated. A night in premier inn would have better. No hot water out of sink. The shower has very low pressure and bathroom very outdated. Not what you expect from a 5* hotel and especially the prices charged!!!

Very Clean and Tidy, Nice and Spacious, Nicely Decorated, Spacious King Room, Lovely Spacious Shower, Lovely Large Patio with a Beautiful View of Cardiff Bay Docks, Robes, Iron, Kettle, Tea Bags, Cup, Sugar Sachets, Coffee and a Coffee Machine, Plenty of Towels and Toiletries, A Nice Size TV, Good Lighting, Good Air Conditioning and good Plug Sockets for Charging my Phone etc and a Great Breakfast.

- • I have some Health Conditions and I cannot use Lifts, I can only use Stairs and because the Stairs are within the Entrance of the Hotel Spa I could only stay out until 9:00pm because that’s when the Spa Doors Close after this time and I would not be able to gain access to the Stairs to get to my Room after 9:00pm, so I could not enjoy my outside time for longer which ruined part of the stay for what I paid for.
