- • The breakfast was a joke for such a hotel. The sandwich was tasty, but the way of serving such a cheap breakfast was simply more than weak for such a property.
Short but Impressive stay in a vibrant city
Perfect Location Beat the Tay Ho (West Lake). Clean and Calm. Staff very friendly. Michael and Nguyen from the staff helped us a lot. Perfect recommendation!

- • I booked this hotel only for a few hours because my flight was at 22:55. When I made the reservation through the Booking.com app, the offer clearly stated Early Check-in, a Free 30-Minute Massage, and High-Speed Internet. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing for several reasons: Early check-in: I was told that early check-in was not available and that this was apparently a system/promotion error on the Booking.com app. However, this was not my mistake, as the offer was clearly displayed when I made the booking. Free massage: Nobody mentioned the complimentary 30-minute massage or explained whether it was available. Since it was part of the offer shown on Booking.com, I expected at least some information about it. Luggage assistance: We had six pieces of luggage, but unfortunately, none of the staff offered any assistance with them. To be fair, the girl at reception was very polite and pleasant, and I have no complaint about her. However, the male staff member was not friendly or welcoming at all, and he didn't even say goodbye when we left. Finally, I think the hotel should clearly mention in the room description that the suite has no window. Personally, I found this quite depressing, especially when staying in a room for several hours. Overall, there were some positive aspects, particularly the polite female receptionist, but the issues with the advertised benefits, lack of assistance with the luggage, and the windowless suite made the experience disappointing.
