- • We found 3 cockroaches in our room! The door from the bathroom to the bedroom was broken so it wasn't even isolated.

- • When visiting Jeju, most accommodations use Vista K Hotel, but this time the cleaning was a bit unsatisfactory. The bedding was clean and tidy, but the floor was not cleaned. There were also many hair strands visible, and it felt like the bath mat in front of the bathroom was not removed.
Hotel that could shine with maintenance
Very large breakfast buffet, it was great. Our room was large and the beds were comfortable. We were able to do our laundry and use the drying rack available in our room.

- • When booking, the ad and photos did not indicate that the pool was closed. We were disappointed by this unpleasant surprise as we had chosen this hotel mainly for the pool. It must have been a very nice hotel when it opened, but unfortunately, it lacks maintenance (peeling wallpaper, loose shower handle, shower glass full of limescale, black joints).
