The staff is very attentive and polite! They instantly solve any issues. The hotel is wonderful, excellent breakfast - a wide selection and very tasty. Also, I liked the beach - wide, white sand, crystal clear sea. I recommend it to everyone!

I really liked the room, it was large and spacious. Excellent breakfast and nothing was missing. The beach was stunning and the service was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy, definitely worth the money, will return in the future.

- • The hotel pool was less successful, there was not enough shade. The food was a bit disappointing and expensive. Overall, it was successful except for the food.
Convenient service, peak season value for money is lacking
It is convenient to use VinWonders. It was nice to leisurely enjoy the facilities such as VinWonders' theme park, water park, aquarium, and zoo for three days. Bugi Car is well operated, making it convenient to use the restaurants and shops at the nearby Harbor Market. The spacious swimming pool and private beach are great for relaxing in the shade. The service of sending luggage to the mainland upon hotel checkout was very convenient and well used.

- • Because it is a slightly old hotel, the user-friendliness is lacking in terms of outlet locations and quantity, as well as lighting control methods, which is regrettable. The hotel breakfast is excellent, but if you do not use a package that includes lunch or dinner buffets, there are not many good restaurants outside the hotel. Despite having many staff members, there are very few who can communicate in English, making English communication more difficult than expected. Since it was a peak season hotel, the satisfaction level was a bit disappointing compared to the cost. It was a good itinerary for spending a leisurely 3 nights and 4 days with a child. For travelers without children, it would be nice to use VinWonders for a 2-night, 3-day itinerary.
Check-in is like 'The Fifth Element,' our beautiful future, it's a holiday! We also appreciated the further stay with face ID as a great convenience. We went by funicular, while our luggage went separately by boat. We were warned that luggage could take about two hours to arrive, so we brought swimsuits. But they were not needed. In the Harbor (the place where you arrive by funicular), we couldn't resist and easily went to have a snack at one of the attractive numerous cafes. Our surprise was great when we saw our suitcases upon arrival. One little thing really pleased us. When buying dinner, they give the child several plush toys. Nonsense, but the child is very happy. Many different games for children in the pool, although there are no slides. But there is an aqua park, a zoo, and an amusement park nearby, which is why we actually came. Otherwise, everything is at a good level as in all Vinpearls. We have rested not for the first time in this network. Everything is well thought out and beautiful!

The beach is magical. We swam very little in the pool because the water was too warm, almost hot.
