Just paradise
Luxurious hotel on the island. We were there in June. Excellent weather for a beach holiday. We rented a villa with a pool. Free transfer to the mainland (boat or cable car). They take you to the park and promenade by electric car upon your request. The hotel has a luxurious area with a pool and beach. The beach and sea are constantly cleaned. Amazing white sand (imported). A wide selection of products and fruits for breakfast (meat, cheese, cold cuts, and more). They brew coffee or tea upon your request. The staff speaks Russian and English. An ideal place for a vacation. Amusement park tickets are sold at the hotel with a 10% discount. Will definitely return.

- • There is plankton in the sea that bites, insects on the beach whose bites itch for several days (be careful with children). Dirty dishes from the room were simply taken away until they ran out. They forgot to throw out the trash from the bucket during cleaning. Once the staff attempted to clean our pool at an inconvenient time for us, we asked them to come back later. That was the end of all attempts.

I booked a 4-day stay at Vinpearl Luxury for my parents-in-law in a villa with a private pool, and they had a wonderful experience. The hotel team made a beautiful arrangement to celebrate their jubilee, which was greatly appreciated and made the occasion truly special for them. They also highly enjoyed the SPA facilities and especially praised the massage specialists, My Hanh and Hong Diem, for their professionalism, care, and excellent service. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable and relaxing stay for our family. Highly recommended.
What I loved most about my stay at Vinpearl Luxury was the exceptional, professional, and attentive care from the staff. My morning started perfectly with a delicious breakfast in a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, complemented by excellent coffee crafted by their talented barista. Another highlight of my trip was the spa experience—the massage was truly fantastic and deeply relaxing. I also liked the beach and its beautiful view in the morning. Highly recommended!

- • The only minor issue was the cleanliness of the private pool in the room. It was probably affected by the rain from the day before, so I ultimately decided to skip swimming
Awesome relaxing holiday in a beautiful spot
The location is superb; it's very tranquil once you're away from Vinpearl Harbour and is only a short cable car or speedboat ride across to the mainland. The resort really is a luxury resort. The private beach and resort pool are very well maintained. The rooms are stunning. The Wave Bar has a great view. Staff are friendly and professional. I'd particularly like to mention the staff at the spa, where we spent quite a bit of time. All of the staff were exceptional, but Hong Diem and Thuy Tien deserve a special mention. Thank you so much!

- • Apart from the breakfast buffet which has lots of vegan options, there is little in the way of vegan and/or vegetarian food on the room service menu or in the restaurant, and it is expensive by Vietnamese standards (although this is expected at 5-star resorts). Coupled with not being able to bring food across from the mainland, this can make meals challenging for vegans and requires lots of trips back and forth to Nha Trang where there are many vegan restaurants. Some of the staff at the resort don't speak much English which can lead to misunderstandings on occasion.
