Staff ready to assist, no moss or yellow patches on the sink and toilet corners show that they are cleaned regularly. Satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and the services provided

- • I don't understand why a large hotel only provides 2 large bath towels in the bathroom, lacking face towels and hand towels. After cleaning the room, only bath towels were provided again. Had to call the reception every day to get additional face towels, but no hand towels were provided. Hope the hotel pays attention to fixing these small deficiencies
A nice stay
- Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food to choose from. - We were happy about our 1-bedroom apartment, as it was spacious and comfortable to be in for a few days. It was also peaceful, but we are not sure if that was because of great noise insulation between the rooms or in general, lack of or quiet neighbors. - The check-in and check-out went smoothly thanks to the friendly staff who were trying to expedite the procedures. - The location is perfect, as the hotel is a walking distance from the main beach (around 10min). There are lots of restaurants around, too because it is in the center. - It turned out that we had free bus tickets (we used 23 and 16) thanks to choosing VinPearl, which seems a nice gesture from the company. - The interior look matches the 5* rating. We would definitely recommend it to others and if we were ever to come back to Nha Trang, we would book this hotel again.

- • In general, we did like the hotel, but since it is a 5* one, we think it could work on some areas. - When we entered our room, it turned out that the inside of the wardrobes and shelves was so dusty. No one has cleaned that up for some time. We didn't want to waste our time, so we sorted it out quickly by ourselves to place our clothes in. - We were surprised that we did not have small hand towels in the bathroom, which we always got in all the hotels we have been so far. We asked about that, and we found out that it was a normal routine in that hotel. - The reception staff has little knowledge to answer simple questions; e.g. they did not know the price of the shuttle bus and had to ask a few other staff (270k per pax, taxi is around 500k). They did not know an alternative way to the airport even though it was not complicated because we checked it. (Bus 23 to VinWorld, from there bus 16 directly to the airport, it takes ~2h to get there, as buses go every ~30min). - The pool seems too small for so many guests and it is almost impossible to get a spot. I think you should think of a solution, so more guests could have a chance to spend some time there too.
The pool is heated for children themselves and cleaned every day, delicious breakfasts
