The proximity to the airport.
👍 Liked
- • The proximity to the airport.
👎 Disliked
- • Toilet flush not working, very small and not very clean shower. Trash cans outside on the ground upon arrival. And the exchange not very fast.
Convenient location to reach the airport, although the nearest bus stop is temporarily suspended. It is very easy to find street parking and with a short walk you reach the seafront and an exceptional small fish restaurant (Cocinas, simple and memorable dinner).

- • Accommodation with potential, with some adjustments it could be excellent, but perhaps we arrived at the wrong time before the necessary cleaning and maintenance interventions. Half bed with a completely broken mattress, very noisy refrigerator, defective window, gate lock to be replaced, broken toilet flush, shower handles coming off, clean but worn and stained towels, common area with various accessories piled up in disorder and dirty, poor soundproofing of the rooms and so on. Luckily we stayed only one night and left early in the morning (there was no time to inform the owners of the inconveniences, probably if we had stayed longer they would have intervened to fix things a bit).
Good for a short stay, not recommended for families who need to use a kitchen.
Good location: close to the sea and easy to reach several supermarkets and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, spacious room with air conditioning.

- • The photos don't show the real conditions regarding the cooking facilities. In the common area (just outside the rooms) there is no mini oven or electric hob, only some electric kettles (without a proper socket to plug them in anywhere near), and a coffee maker. The kitchen (or storage room?) can be found in the back of the house, accessible from outside, which is not convenient. The host was not overly communicative and there were no info sheets anywhere about wifi and/or other basic info. Furthermore, there was some unfortunate misunderstanding, as we had to pay city tax even if it is indicated as included in the price on booking.
