- • Unwelcoming staff. Cleaning done hastily (sheets not changed for 4 nights and the bed was not well made). Bathroom products of a 3-star hotel (and nothing else but shower gel/shampoo and body lotion)

Great location and lovely staff
We have stayed at this hotel before and its location is ideal. It is a luxury hotel and we visit Stockholm frequently and as we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary we decided to treat ourselves to a stay at this lovely hotel again. The ambience of the hotel is perfect and the ‘outside in’ restaurant and bar is so relaxing.
