- • The reception is in another place (another hotel, about 300m away) and there's no information about it in the building where we were sleeping. I had to ask other guests where I could check in. I was using booking.com to make a reservation. In my filter, the option for 'air conditioning' was on. In my apartment, there were only fans, no air conditioning.

Everything is great, it would be perfect if there was air conditioning. The hotel is located about 150m from the main building where breakfast is served.

- • The room is very hot these days due to high temperatures, there is no air conditioning, the fan makes a lot of noise which affects sleep.

- • Having two noisy fans when it's over 30C outside is not enough. The lack of air conditioning is a big downside.
The receptionist lady was kind, and the location of the accommodation is perfect. You can also take a bus to the city center, but it is also accessible by a twenty-minute walk.

- • The accommodation, bathroom was perfectly clean, but the towel was not completely clean.
I highly recommend it, kind and professional welcome (also in Italian), provided precise directions for visiting the city and free bus tickets (center is about 2 km away).
