- • We have stayed a couple of times and will probably be back, only complaints are Dining room is very cold, and only one very slow toaster for all guests. Also four of us, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, could have used a few extra pillows.
It was easy to find, close to trams, the room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was YUM! Staff were lovely too.

We will stay here again maybe next time I would ask for a cleaner room, I expect as good as home if not better
We love this property, it’s close to the Alfred hospital and a nice tram ride to St Kilda Beach, or into the city
