- • Das Zimmer hat komisch gerochen, im Bademantel waren benutze Taschentücher und teilweise hatten die Seifenspender kein Rohr um zu funktionieren. Leider bei dem Preis nicht gerade zufriedenstellend. Auch wurde extra für ein Tisch angerufen und falsch reserviert…
Worst service ever!!!!
Be very careful with this hotel. The staff are extremely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. We accidentally made a duplicate booking for the same guest, Mr. Edmond Zalla, for exactly the same dates. Due to a system error, the reservation was made twice by mistake. We contacted the hotel immediately and requested a full refund, as both bookings were identical and the total amount was around €530. The hotel refused to refund the duplicate booking, even though it was obvious that both reservations were for the same person and the same stay. We explained the situation clearly and honestly, but they still chose to keep our money. The staff were very rude and showed no understanding or willingness to help. We are extremely disappointed and did not expect this kind of treatment from a hotel like this. Please be careful with this hotel. In our opinion, they took advantage of an obvious mistake instead of helping their guests, and our money was simply lost. We asked them several times, but they refused to refund us under any circumstances.

Sehr gutes Hotel, Sehr gutes Personal - etwas viel " ...aber..."
Zimmer Suite perfekt - Gute Aufteilung - Auch für Besprechungen und Gäste umsetzbar. Wünschenswert wäre ein Gäste WC in der Kombination . Klimaanlage. Sehr bemühtes Personal - immer freundlich - auch wenn unterbesetzt oder an der Lastgrenze.

- • Absprache zum Valet Parking - KFZ wurde dringend zum fixen Termin benötigt. Zb hier 08:30 Uhr . Das ist gründlich schieff gegangen, - Ursache unklar - Kommunikation im Hause . da bereits am Vorabend angemeldet. Housekeeping - Suite war nicht aufgeräumt - obwohl wir um 13:00 Uhr die nächste Besprechung hatten. Alos verlegt. Leider nicht zuverlässig. Personal und service hat sich toll bemüht - aber die Gestellung von Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure hat wiederholt nicht funktioniert. Obst war gegen Mitternacht dann da. Vie schiefgegangen, - vermutlich Konzern geführt - Gewinnung neuer Gäste auf Dauer nicht zwingend erforderlich.

- • The couple who had loud sex in the next room, which was only separated from ours by a thin door.
