It’s okay but don’t expect to be 100% clean everywhere.
Victoria Hotel Rooms is in the city center of Veliko Tarnovo and it probably has the best view of the old town.

- • I found ants everywhere( in the bathroom, in the bad, on the floor, everywhere) and the floor was dirty. The walls were dirty with something black like dirt. The host didn’t speak English very well and it was hard to talk with him.

- • A small improvement suggestion: a pair of sheer curtains on the window would allow keeping the blackout curtains open when getting up and getting ready.

- • The sofa and bed linens are old and not of very good quality, lack of a mop in the bathroom considering that the shower has no protection. The room needs minor repairs, curtain screws, socket fixing, maybe even a repainting of the walls.
