- • The price, 446€ for 2 nights with breakfast while the normal price is around 86€ per night for 2 people, it's just unacceptable.

- • High price for event dates
The hotel is good, we only stayed one night, but it has everything you need to spend several days. The location is perfect as we were going to Shakira's concert, otherwise it's not far from the center. No noise can be heard.

- • The price seems high, 300€ for a triple room, although I understand that they will be higher as it is the closest hotel to the concert venue
Very good location to go to concerts at the Mad Cool venue, or in our case, at Macondo Park. The room is large and comfortable, and the small kitchen provides a lot of versatility. The breakfast is very complete, abundant, and good.

Ideal for concerts at the Iberdrola Music venue
Very good service from the staff. Friendly and attentive. The location is excellent because we went for a concert and in a few minutes walking you reached the venue. The hotel included free parking, although we didn't use it.

- • We went for a Shakira concert, so the location was excellent, but paying 315 euros for a room (accommodation only) that already needs a renovation is perhaps a bit excessive.
Ideal for attending concerts
I chose this hotel to stay for the Shakira concert. It has the ideal location to attend events at the Iberdrola Music, but it is the only hotel in the area, so the price is quite high. The room is quiet, the breakfast is quite good, and it is a detail that they include the parking cost in the price. Very good.

- • The rooms need a renovation as they look quite old.
It's good for a concert stay, but the location is remote otherwise.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and okay for a short stay. The location was very convenient for attending the concert nearby, and the family room was a decent size. The breakfast is also good.

- • The air conditioning wasn't working, and the double room was quite small. The location is a little out of the way if you're not attending an event nearby, with limited food options around. The vending machine wasn't in English, which made it difficult to use.
