- • No issues with property, just poor communication from staff, I was sent different bank details to send a deposit, when I have sent email enquires prior to the stay I received no response, I had no response to text messages and have not yet received deposit back, service requires improvement but the property was lovely
Terrible
Nothing- it was left in terrible condition

- • Room smelt of weed, their fire testing unit would beep every few minutes in the bedroom - when requesting someone to sort it, no one came. No parking for the location so you have to move your car to multiple streets to avoid wardens.
Wouldn’t stay here
Absolutely awful and not as advertised it looked dated and like it needed another deep clean, we was met with a man standing outside in the bushes, the room didn’t look like it was advertised online, there was pubic hairs still in the bed along with stains on the headboard and dead flies on the floor, cobwebs in the bathroom we ended up walking back out and driving all the way home

We had a lovely stay! The building was beautifully designed, incredibly accessible, and very easy to get around, which made our whole stay so convenient and enjoyable. Everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and well thought out. The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They really made us feel looked after and added to the overall experience. The price was also very good and offered great value for money considering the quality of the stay and service we received. We had seen some of the negative reviews before our stay, but after experiencing it for ourselves, we honestly did not find them to reflect our experience at all. Our stay was smooth, enjoyable, and exactly what we hoped for. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend staying here!
