A positive experience in a comfortable and welcoming setting.
We stayed for 1 night at this hotel during our trip to Portugal. The hotel is located a bit outside the town of Albufera (which is very lively), it has a parking lot if you come by rental car. The parking lot is quite large and closed by an electric gate (code provided upon arrival). We had a comfortable room, with a little note and two small pastries upon our arrival. This special and personalized attention is very much appreciated. The bathroom was decent. We spent the day at the pool, which is a bit small, but a rotation of guests ensured that everyone found their spot. There is a small bar where you can order drinks and food. The chicken and tuna wraps were very good. I recommend this hotel for a stay.

- • Did not refill the coffee capsules for the room coffee machine, if you wanted a refill you had to pay at the reception.
Was a very relaxing holiday, very helpful staff with questions etc. Keep it up.

Bar staff, especially by the pool, were so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t have been nicer. Highly commend these members of staff. Rooms were perfect as well and overall a great hotel

- • The only fault was I felt housekeeping staff were extremely loud in the mornings, whacking and banging started promptly every morning (completely understand they need to get rooms cleaned but we did notice the noise constantly in the mornings)
