Exceptional location. The hotel is situated in a dreamlike natural setting. Very friendly staff. Impeccable service at dinner. Marius is a dedicated and extremely kind waiter. Provides extremely useful information about what can be visited in the area. Thank you, Marius.

- • One of the rooms we booked was located in the attic, and it was unbearably hot. There was no air conditioning, making it almost impossible to sleep comfortably at night. The mattress was also in very poor condition and extremely uncomfortable. The furniture in the room was outdated, and the room did not really match the photos shown online. These issues significantly affected our overall stay.

The beautiful quiet surroundings, close to the cable cars for beautiful walks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast and a particularly well-cared-for kitchen with daily choices of meat, fish, or Vegan. Very clean and cozy hotel. Summer card with discounts and free use of most cable cars in Zell am See and Kaprun, and a boat trip on the lake is also a big plus. The perfect stay for our summer holiday in the mountains.

- • Actually nothing. The only downside was the sometimes difficult Wi-Fi connection in our room.

- • The parking cost money. In the dinner they charge for water. No air conditioner
