- • The photos did not reflect the actual condition of the room and bathroom. Technical deficiencies of the property were inconvenient (shower seal coming off, bathroom door jamming, unpleasant smell in the bathroom)
Good stay in Rome
The location is the highlight. The building is very nice. The room was good although some touch-ups/refreshments could be appreciated. I had read very bad reviews so I was a little scared but we were able to rest completely during these two nights. It was clean (sheets and towels) and rather quiet, quite correct for the price. The air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom was equipped with the necessary so nothing to complain about. Gaia had also sent us all the information via WhatsApp so no worries with the keys.

- • There are a few small details here and there like the faucet that needed to be tightened or the headboard to refresh for a more aesthetic look. A little paint touch-up under the window to make it prettier. All this was not enough to prevent us from sleeping well in this room.

Great location, very close to the Metro and an easy walk to the Vatican. The host was very attentive to ensure we were settled into the room, really nice touch with the video of how to get into the suite. It smells really nice in the entrance hall, very welcoming. We stayed in room 5, the room was perfect, watch out for the frame on the bed though, it’s easy to catch your shins🤦🏻♂️, the bed itself was too soft for me, I prefer ‘the floor’. The wife said it was very comfy. A little note, when you want to leave the suite, the little round black latch on the left, slides to the left. 😉👈🏻

- • There were noises coming from the adjacent rooms, guests not being especially noisy, but we could hear talking and banging in the sink from the adjacent bathrooms, some acoustic wall panels would be beneficial.
