Location is very strategic, near the central of the town and also easy to reach if you're planning to visit Surabaya by plane, since it's really close to the highway exit gate. The atmosphere is really great, I like the smell around the lobby also in the room. Services are also really great, especially the hospitality of the receptionist, they're really helpful and kind, Rima is one of them.

- • Begini.ay memang order itk 2 mlm.tp pas kedatangan sy diskusi ama resepsionis utk sampe jam 21 ato lanjut sampe tgl 21.seinget saya pembicaraaan sdh deal saya nambah sampe tanggal 21 .sy lgs bayar full.tp hari ini barusan jam 23.05 sy ditelpon ditnyy jadi bgmn tinggal sampe jam 21 atau lanjut?mnrt ay itu mengganggu.knp gak tny dr jam 19 malam..knp mwnganggu wkt iatirahat?sungguh sy sangat menyayangkan.

- • The WIFi was woeful. I couldn’t send emails and other messages. Called the front desk and they asked me to try alternate WIFI from the apartments. If the hotel aims to attract business clients they need to improve. Location wasn’t the best compared to other hotels close to malls et

Great Experience
My first time with Vasa Hotel. I got upgrade from standard to suite room. The room is spacious and comfortable. They got you bathtub and harman kardon speaker. 3 TV in one room is crazy. Thank you mba Saffa for assisting me.
