- • This is how it is. I did indeed order until 2 am. But upon my arrival, I had a discussion with the receptionist to stay until 21st or extend until the 21st. As far as I remember, we had a discussion and it was agreed that I would extend until the 21st. I immediately paid in full. However, just now at 23:05, I received a call asking whether I will stay until 21st or extend. In my opinion, this is disturbing. Why didn't they ask me from 7 pm? Why disturb me during my rest time? I am truly disappointed.
Good
The rooms were large and the staff, especially housekeeping and maintenance, were extremely helpful. The rooms were also generally well-appointed.

- • The WiFi was woeful. I couldn’t send emails and other messages. I called the front desk and they asked me to try an alternate WiFi from the apartments. If the hotel aims to attract business clients, they need to improve. The location wasn’t the best compared to other hotels close to malls, etc.

Great Experience
My first time at Vasa Hotel. I was upgraded from a standard to a suite room. The room is spacious and comfortable. They have a bathtub and Harman Kardon speaker. Having 3 TVs in one room is crazy. Thank you, Sister Saffa, for assisting me.

The room is very clean and neat. The bed is so comfy, thanks to Mr. Rohim for preparing the bed nicely. Highly recommended for business and family trips.
