Communication could be awkward but I had a translator app so it was okay. Staff were always polite and helpful, and if we were starting early, they provided a lunch bag. The room was wonderfully clean

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful with all travel logistics. They helped me reserve a taxi to the airport when I left. They were flexible with the timing of breakfast to accommodate my schedule.
