We were taken back by the staff graciousness and understanding the altitude adjustment.
The staff were very helpful in getting transportation to the various excursions we had planned and making sure we were adjusting to the altitude and explaining what to do and not to do.

Staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was served at the table, rooms were clean
Communication could be awkward but I had a translator app so it was okay. Staff were always polite and helpful and if we were on an early start they produced a lunch bag. Room was wonderfully clean
