Wonderful! Wish we had longer there. Next time we will visit Hong Kong we will definitely return to Upper House.

- • Not really a complaint, but Gym was a little small and when we were there became fairly crowded, if more than 4-5 people inside it. Although equipment quality was great it was limited in quantity and space. If you are a big gym user It would be a good tip to go as early as possible.

Great Rooms, Service not so much.
One of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed at. The attention to detail and the artworks are just spectacular.

- • 3 people standing at a table in the middle of the hallway is not a reception. For the likes of the hotel, the reception is a joke, along with the staff. Untrained, unqualified, and more eager to find problems than solutions.
